Work/Shift was founded by Frederic Libet Descorne, a globally experienced workplace strategist with 20+ years’ experience across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

He’s helped global banks, tech giants, government departments, and high-growth scale-ups create people-centric, behaviourally-aligned workplace strategies. His experience spans real estate, design, change enablement, talent, and behavioural insight. He brings a systems-level view to making work better.

Frederic founded Work/Shift to offer clients deep strategic thinking without the fluff, sales pitches, or vendor agendas.

His clients value his honesty, depth and pragmatism, and his ability to untangle complexity and translate insight into action.
